Welcome to the new look of Wellness For All Seasons. I so appreciate you taking a few moments to slow your pace and savor the season. As a young girl growing up on a farm, I loved the feeling of being part of Nature’s seasons––I still do. I didn’t realize then how much the seasons would influence my adult life. Now, as a grown woman, having weathered many seasons and a few big storms, I value the lessons––and garden fresh foods––of Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.

I do hope you’ll enjoy your stroll through this new site, taking time to enjoy the articles, recipes and seasonal tips. This is still “under construction” so please check in often to see the new updates and additions.

My desire is to share the timeless wisdom of Nature and her wholesome foods (fresh and in season) with the latest discoveries and technologies in holistic health. It is my personal plan to age with vitality . . . won’t you join me?
