As a Holistic Health Educator, Connie offers a variety of preventive options and opportunities to her clients.
She believes there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to dietary choices or preventive health measures. Her personalized approach to each client’s wellness goals or concerns allows them to learn about their body’s needs and participate (and celebrate) in their recovery/improvement.
Connie educates her clients in understanding the body’s eleven systems and how to best maintain a well-balance health style. Focusing on the Digestive, Circulatory, Lymphatic and Immune Systems, Connie helps her clients get to the root of their concerns and discomforts.
Using Nature as her guide, Connie follows the seasons in choosing delicious, nutritious recipes to complete your menus for healthy living all year! She educates her clients in the therapeutic benefits of natural foods so they may create their own seasonal favorites.
Nutrition and Dietary Planning: 2hr session
Outlining strategies using simple, seasonal principles and recipes based on client’s 5-Day Dietary Journal, current health assessment and goals.
Health concerns that may be addressed in this planning session include, Metabolism Modulation (energy focus), Digestive System Repair, Mental Wellness (food-mood connection), Cleansing/Detoxing and Aging Intervention. Ongoing planning/implementing sessions will be determined from this initial session.

Digestion & Circulation Focus Sessions: 35-45 minutes
Using an FDA registered Class 1 Medical Device, enhancing blood flow at the micro-vessel level to improve nutrition & oxygen supply, cardiac function, sleep management, waste disposal, overall physical fitness, muscle stimulation & endurance, stress reduction & relaxation.
