Fall - Time for Change

The season of change ... colors of leaves, cooler temperatures, shorter days. September is a time for personal turning within. a time to prepare for the resting season of Winter. The first day of Fall is September 22. Just as we prepare our yards and gardens for the seasonal change, we should also prepare our bodies for the change of seasons. Fall is a good time to consider an internal cleanse. For more info on cleansing, click on "programs," then 'detoxing'.

Exercise

Keep exercising! Many of us slow our pace a bit during Winter so our bodies need movement and activity daily. Although the temperature may be cooler, don't forget to drink plenty of water! Enjoy the season's changes all around you.

Relax, those last hot days of 'Indian Summer' don't last long!
