Dry Brush Massage
Dry Brush for Healthy Skin
Your skin is as vital an organ as your heart, lungs and kidneys. It's many functions include: excretion, blood circulation, lymph circulation and bio-energy conduction.
"With millions of sweat glands, the skin has a vast drainage system whereby the blood can purify itself of poisonous waste that it has collected from the cells."

- Use dry, soft natural bristle brush (no plastic or nylon bristles) on dry skin
- Gently stroke upward from feet to groin area, on all sides of leg; use outer strokes on buttocks; use upward strokes from lower back to mid back
- Gently stroke from finger tips to armpits, making small inner circle motions in armpit.
- Brush outward from the sternum (center of chest) to the armpits. Avoid the breasts and the face.
These strokes should be gentle but strategic for optimum lymph flow. Follow with warm shower or bath and almond or sesame oil application.
