Snip fresh parsley (somewhat bitter flavor) or basil (sweet flavor) into bowl. Toss lightly with salad dressing of your liking ...I use a variety of dressings such as vinaigarette, Italian, Caesar. Add a pinch of freshly ground pepper if desired.
