Super Starter Shake
For a great start in the morning or an energy boost in the mid-afternoon, try this Super Shake!
- 1 banana
- 6 frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cup milk (rice, soy, or almond milk)
- 1 tsp sesame tahini
- 1 tsp flax oil (walnut oil may be used for variation)
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. tofu
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until mixture is thick and creamy. This includes carbohydrate, protein, and essential fatty acids.
