The Well-Seasoned Woman
Wisdom and wellness are not new concepts to women. We have been caregivers, nurturers and health providers since the beginning of time. From the earliest recordings, older women have passed down to younger women a sense of "woman-ness" - an awareness and understanding of her body, a respect for her mind and spirit and insight into the many mysteries and joys of becoming a woman.
