The Winter Wellness program identifies your body's organs most affected by the season of Winter and their role in keeping you healthy and strong in this harsh-weather season.
This program is designed to help women prevent winter weight gain, winter colds & flu and the winter "blahs."
Women will gain knowledge in the concepts of seasonal/cyclical health conditions, wellness opportunities and restorative alternatives.
This presentation can be modified for various time segments to suit your meeting agenda.
