The Spring Wellness program identifies your body's organs most affected by the season of Spring and their role in rejuvenating your body's energy.
This program will help women gain knowledge in the concepts of seasonal/cyclical health conditions, wellness opportunities and restorative alternatives.
Instructions on a successful internal cleanse and how the results promote optimal well-being will be discussed. Tips for living clutter-free in body, mind and spirit will be included, as well as nutritious springtime foods and fun facts about Spring.
